Grief can feel like an overwhelming burden.
Grief can feel like an overwhelming burden, leaving you in a dark and lonely place where it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. The pain and confusion can make it seem impossible to find a way out.

Your grief is deeply personal, shaped by the unique relationship you had with your loved one. There are no specific patterns in books with rules to instruct us how to grieve. At such a time as this, grief appears on our calendar that we can not postpone nor reschedule or push a button to cancel it. Grief does not set appointments, nor reservations, grief does not discriminate based on age, color, creed, religion nor the purpose of the demise!
There is no wrong or right way to grieve.

A Journey is a Common Metaphor
As a journey is a common metaphor for life it reminds us that the destination is not our only goal. As with any form of any journey, there are times when we encounter roads that are straight, roads that are winding, and roads that are rocky with ups and downs along the way with potholes!
There is no wrong or right way to grieve.
“I don't coach the different strategies of grief”My intention is to utilize my knowledge and coaching skills to help you. As my client, I will help you to incorporate the tools into your daily life to move from pain to peace and from heartbreak to happiness and grief to gratitude in the shortest time possible while navigating through the unspoken impact of grief on your journey.
